Stocked items are picked and sent quickly. Supplier-direct and personalised items take longer — ask us for a date before you order.

Wrong size or fit? Contact sales@hewats.com first and the exchange is agreed before anything is posted back.

Made-to-order, personalised and hygiene-sealed items carry their own return terms. Check with us before ordering in volume.
